Back in September we posted about the new parking permit system that has been introduced as a result of receiving an increasing number of complaints about parking on the development from residents.
As highlighted in our previous communication, from the 1st December 2020, PWRA will begin commencing enforcement.
From 1st December 2020, any vehicle without a valid PWRA parking permit displayed parking in a visitors bay may be subject to enforcement action including: parking fines, removal or reporting to local authorities. In the case of vehicles without a permit that are parked in assigned resident bays the respective property owner will be contacted.
Residents should report any concerns of suspected breaches of parking regulations to directors@plymouthwharf.com
Tenants who have not been issued with parking permit should contact their landlord. All property owners were contacted previously with details on how to collect their permits. For further information email directors@plymouthwharf.com
